:There actually aren't any notability guidelines for tournaments I believe. I have heard that a tournament should have at least 50 entrants to be notable (unless it is a weak region), or the tournament has a lot of top players attended. Usually weeklies aren't notable enough unless they are the special ones like Ursa Minor. For me, tournaments on this wiki shouldn't have less than 50 entrants unless there are several top/known players attending. Smaller regions do get a bit more leeway as long as several PR'd players attend. Also, don't make a tournament just so it can exist; make an effort to find results and characters.
