Koume & Kotake also appear as two [[primary spirit]]s. They can be [[summon]]ed using the cores of {{h2|List of spirits (Castlevania series)|Charlotte Aulin}}, {{h2|List of spirits (Super Mario series)|Freezie}}, and {{h2|List of spirits (Super Mario series)|Fire Flower}}. Their Spirit Battle uses a pink and blue {{SSBU|Bayonetta}} puppet fighter and is fought on the [[Gerudo Valley]] stage. During the battle, Koume & Kotake appear as stage hazards while the pink and blue Bayonettas each start off with a [[Fire Flower]] and a [[Freezie]], referencing their respective fire and ice elements.

Twinrova can be obtained by [[enhanceable spirit|enhancing]] the Koume & Kotake spirit at level 99.
