Per the above section and about that tier list thing, I would have to say that not that many professionals believe that Diddy Kong should be banned for being broken best in Smash 4. I would agree with you that he is arguably the best in the game but he is nowhere even close as being ban potential like Brawl Meta Knight was. Just a heads up.
