Basically, should we have some clear rules on them? Or just treat them as images and not allow more than two? Here's why I think this matters - if it's a case of wiki space, one emoji only uses up 4 bytes and is recalled by whatever device the viewing user is on. Images take up the space of the image plus the code required for parsing, scaling, etc. What do people think?
