Just Roll With It 11 was only a C-tier by PGRU v1 entrant standards, since top players weren't counted. If it had been in any other season, it would've been B-tier by entrants or by PGR entrants. In other words, tiers aren't the best way to judge whether a tournament is a national or not, especially season 1. True that tiers aren't the ideal way of judging stuff as that, but I still kept the point as comparing nationals to a popular tournament series that in this entree had notable current/previously ranked PGR players and the highest attendance out of all of them is kinda weird.
