:The spirit for the Flies & Hand is categorized in-game as a ''Mario'' spirit, so the fact that it's placed with the miscellaneous Assist Trophies in Training Mode seems to be an error. [[User:SuperSmashTurtles|SuperSmashTurtles]] ([[User talk:SuperSmashTurtles|talk]]) 19:22, May 23, 2019 (EDT)

:I don't see where the issue is here. The Flies & Hand originated from ''Mario Paint'' in the minigame Gnat Attack, a role they reprise in ''Super Mario Maker''. They only appear in ''WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$!'' in two microgames based on Gnat Attack. In game, as SuperSmashTurtles said, they are classified as being from the Mario series. Minor discrepancies on Nintendo's part, in reference to the Smash Blog and icons evidence, don't change the fact that they are in fact from the Mario universe.
