Well, we just have to check, if I would do a Challenger Approaching fight, the first fighter acts as a CPU Level 1. When i battled Lucario after beating Classic Mode with Yoshi, he was acting weaker than a Level 1 CPU, but my fights against Palutena and Chrom, the CPU acted like a Level 9 CPU, so the difficulty is still progressive.
