Looks like I messed things up by adding the deletion tag to the [[launch rate]] redirect, as apparently you can only move a page to overwrite a redirect if the redirect has no edit history. ::I most definitely understand it. The rules for the deletion tag (not the speedy version) state that after the tag is added, consensus should be formed before the deletion is carried out.
