A new fighter, [[Simon Belmont]] and [[Richter Belmont]] from the {{uv|Castlevania}} series was announced as Capcom’s 3rd and 4th representatives respectively. The stages [[Wily Castle]] and [[Suzaku Castle]] both return as well. [[Rathalos]], a monster from {{uv|Monster Hunter}} series, appears as a Boss and an [[Assist Trophy]].
