Bullet Seed has a finishing blow?

What does it mean that Bullet Seed has a finishing blow? Is it like a KO move now? Unowninator (talk) 21:09, 13 July 2018 (EDT)

It simply means the last hit now knocks opponents away, like how rapid jabs were all given finishers in Smash 4. Zyrac(talk•contribs) 07:22, 14 July 2018 (EDT)
