In Super Smash Bros. Melee
In a posting on the official Q&A site for Melee, director Masahiro Sakurai mentioned that Sukapon had been planned as an item for that game, but was cut because of unspecified "adult matters". Sakurai mentions that characters would have been able to ride Sukapon.

Sukapon appears as an Assist Trophy in Ultimate. He moves around the stage while spinning around with his arms raised, attacking by shooting heads at opponents.
