Undid edit by Black Vulpine: In the real games Bayonetta takes no damage. As this is talking about its origin in the source material, it should state that it does no damage.
→Origin: Bat Within doesn't negate the damage, it quote, 'mediates' it. Simple observation will tell you that some damage is still taken.
According to Bayonetta (SSBU), Witch Time grants no intangibility. But then how does it work? I don't quite follow.

no simple formula possible for Witch Time thanks to the 30-frame floor (the expression 75*[times used] has to be in there somewhere, but once you've hit the floor, you can basically use it forever with no penalty and it won't take any longer to recharge)

→Overview: Tested this myself; they still do the same damage uncharged. It's rather that their damage does not increase as much when charged.

Whilst testing in training mode, i discovered that witch time causes Bayonetta's smash attacks to deal less damage to affected opponents, i added this information (which appears to be newly discovered)
