When making articles related to the competitive scene in Smash, an article should be made in the correct namespace, with redirects created if necessary. What you did for [[Tournament:Battle GateWay 21]] is instead duplicate it from Battle GateWay 21 after making that page erroneously. That's not what you're supposed to do.
