Actually, since this very article directly violates our notability guidelines (no standalone city PRs), there's nothing seeming about this insufficiency. The article's original author even admits (in the copy) that the players lack the notability of the rest of Arizona, making this, and possibly other articles they created, vanity articles.

I decided to rank our players as all of these guys have contributed to the revival of a scene in Tucson that hadn't had Melee tourneys in years. I was the one who began these tourneys, and they mean a lot to me. I plan on making several more articles for these players, and will update this page at the end of the current season.
