| Just out of curiosity, is the mysterious character "pra-mai" labeled with a dash as it is on this page in the files? Because, from the website I'm looking at that labels the instance slots of each fighter (here: http://opensa.dantarion.com/wiki/Instance_Slots) lists it as "pramai", with no dash. I would just like to know if there is any source for whether or not the dash one appears in the game's files before I make any changes. | :The effect file is labelled "pra_mai"; there seems to be a discrepancy between the instance slot and the effect file, which is strangely absent for the "dr_mario" effect file and instance slot. - EndGenuity (talk) 23:57, September 15, 2019 (EDT) | | :The effect file is labelled "pra_mai"; there seems to be a discrepancy between the instance slot and the effect file, which is strangely absent for the "dr_mario" effect file and instance slot. - EndGenuity (talk) 23:57, September 15, 2019 (EDT) |

| What are your thoughts?

| They seem to set some good points. Do you feel it's less Miis/Random Button and more to Plusle/Minun being scrapped for no known reason? --Ryzmat 17:40, May 20, 2021 (EDT)

| I'm also thinking of adding their observation notes on to the page, unless someone here objects that, do let me know and debate about it too. --Ryzmat 23:41, May 28, 2021 (EDT)

| Final reminder that I'll be including their points to the page if nobody objects here, and personally I don't think what was concluded years ago holds the cake any more.. --Ryzmat 08:56, July 19, 2021 (EDT)

| No objections made in the last 2 years, i may as well go ahead with it since, so much for that final reminder.

|
| |
| Also, i'll make another note that some of these files are "empty placeholders", meaning whatever was planned or theorized with the Forbidden Seven doesn't get contradicted by the amount of slots left over by Project Sora and Game Arts. This is NOT the first time they did this btw, this was noticable with the early DLC param files for Smash 4 via Cloud, Corrin, and Bayonetta. If there's an oversight, please inform me here. --Ryzmat 06:58, August 27, 2023 (EDT)

| :I've always thought "Every Player" was a huge stretch since it doesn't follow reasonable naming conventions at all. Plusle and Minun seems to be a much more commonly accepted theory these days and lines up more with the info we have. So you have my support, at least. ~ <span style="color: #e68;">StrawberryChan</span> (talk) 15:11, August 27, 2023 (EDT)

| ::I'm dropping by to express my support for "pra_mai" being Plusle and Minun, too! ShootingStar7X (talk) 15:41, August 27, 2023 (EDT)

| :::Then it's settled. I'll add my personal revision to the page later on and you fellas can build off that.
| |
| :::Also, we should also clarify that the placeholder slots and the named characters have no correlation to them being actually worked on (at least according to what's left over on release). This would explain why cases like Toon Zelda/Toon Sheik and Pra_Mai aren't separate parameters like with the Ice Climbers and Zelda/Sheik. --Ryzmat 22:07, June 14, 2024 (EDT)
