:: Actually the clouds only appear in vs. mode in SSB64. In SSB64 1-Player mode they're not there. I know the CPUs had issues getting someone who just jumped around on the clouds in SSB64, so that may be (emphasis on "may") why that is. In SSBM CPUs jump around the clouds just fine.
