There are only two real differences between this stage on 3DS and Wii U: the addition of a stage boss and a few platforms at the bottom (note how the 3DS version's platforms are added to, not replaced). In what way does that warrant splitting the page? The vast majority of the elements (most of the layout, setting and aesthetic, name, music) overlap exactly.
