*I think Shulk is fine for SSB5; he's the Marth of his series and has a unique moveset. Less important characters have stuck around. | |||
*I think there won't be much XCX content. Maybe a stage. The main character is too customizable and unlike Robin has no official default (to my knowledge). The game also feels like it died down too quickly for any other character to become popularly viable. | |||
*I think (+hope) the most we'll get from XC2 is a Rex trophy. Making him playable requires that Pyra be in the game somehow (if only as a trophy), and that by itself would drive the game's rating up to T (which Nintendo actively tried not to do with SSB4). | |||
