He also places in the top 3 there routinely. Online, like many of the other ''64'' players, Shears has been frequently banned from Smashboards due to trolling, much to the dismay of the rest of the ''64'' community. He is also notorious for losing blindfolded money matches against Sedda. With the help {{Sm|SotoH}}, {{Sm|Wookiee}} and the Team LAS Tournament, these three main smashers are credited with creating the annual ''[[Smash 64]]'' Snosa/Smash of ages tournament in SoCal.
