I was paging through the block log because I can, and I found these two artefacts from the past. Neither of these accounts seem to be used anymore.

My point being, should we just mark these accounts as being deprecated or just leave them be? Neither of them really have a point now, since we just ban sockpuppets and spammers.

We could bring them back as well, but fuck that.
