Undid edit by 1.164.226.124: That's the wording we use elsewhere. He "technically" debuted on the GameCube, thus technical debut

Unsure about this change, tbh, but afaia, literally no other page links a console's page from another wiki in this infobox.

Why technical vs proper debut?

Undid edit by Thegameandwatch: It's one difference. Plus, other characters have their post-smash designs in the infoboxes because it's the design that most closely resembles their smash appearances (even if they're not exact, just like Roy), including Olimar, Meta Knight and Luigi

Still has differences from Smash Roy. Smash Roy is combo of Awakening and Binding Blade but Heroes takes more from Binding with some inspiration from his other appearance.

It's still has differences from Roy's Smash 4 and Ultimate appearance.

→Origin: ultimately I think this is more distracting than helpful to have here. this is just a little bonus cameo explicitly based on his Smash amiibo as opposed to a normal game appearance for him

Undid edit by Thegameandwatch: FE6 doesn't have anyone on par, narratively, with Roy as protag

while a mildly interesting bit of trivia, this isn't really notable enough to be in his main biography
