'''Prediction points''' are a type of currency introduced in update 4.0.0 of ''[[Super Smash Bros. Ultimate]]''. They can be acquired during [[Spectate]] when they player makes an accurate prediction. For each subsequent successful prediction, each will pay out more and more prediction points. Losing a prediction will not award any points and end the streak if one was occurring. The prediction point balance is visible in the upper-right corner outside of the game being spectated.

Predictions points can only be spent at an exclusive shop found only in Spectate. The shop can contain [[Spirit]]s, [[snack]]s, [[Support Item|Spirit Board items]], [[Classic Mode Ticket]]s, [[Gold (collectible)|Gold]], and [[SP|Spirit Point]]s, each varying in price.
