'''Ornes''' ({{ja|オーン}}, ''Ōn'') are members of the Underworld Army in the ''{{uv|Kid Icarus}}'' franchise. They appear as a giant horned skull with a mass of smaller skulls.

Ornes rarely appear as enemies in [[Smash Run]] in {{for3ds}}. Like in ''Uprising'', they pursue players and [[One-hit KO|instantly KO]] anyone they touch; as an added auditory cue, the currently-playing music will be replaced by music from ''Uprising'' that would play whenever Ornes got close to Pit.

Orne is invincible to all damage and knockback; as a result, the only action players can perform against Orne is to run away from it until the music stops playing to avoid getting KOed. One of the Challenge [[Door]]s involves dodging an Orne until the timer runs out; a [[Souflee]], however, is also present in the room, and attacking it can be a risky, but rewarding, task.

Ornes were introduced in ''{{s|icaruspedia|Kid Icarus: Uprising}}'' as one of the Underworld troops. Although they simply move about a pattern and rarely seek [[Pit]] out, they would instantly cause death on contact with him, and are the one non-boss enemy that can do so. They are invulnerable to all forms of weaponry except for the [[Three Sacred Treasures|Arrows of Light]].
