Undid edit by 71.146.119.83: Yes, but the wording reads that it "CAN" send them into a direct Screen KO, already implying that it doesn't happen 100% of the time. For the purposes of this article, it still counts.

It can't. Seems to just have been an aesthetic thing for the showcase during previews. The screen KO will not trigger unless they would have been KOed anyway by the launch. And even then, it doesn't always trigger.

KOs are usually caused by the blast line, not launching in and of itself. The defining trait of Instant KOs is that the blast lines are not involved at all.
