Megontas are enemies affiliated with the Forces of Nature introduced in ''Kid Icarus: Uprising''. Its spherical shell is invulnerable to attacks, so the player has to attack its exposed parts to inflict damage. It can roll up and slam to attack, or it can fire explosive rounds. Striking its weak spot with a strong attack will cause it to roll onto its back, leaving it vulnerable to further attacks for a few seconds.

Megontas are enemies from the Kid Icarus franchise. They appear as enemies in Smash Run in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS.

Origin

Megontas are enemies affiliated with the Forces of Nature introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Its spherical shell is invulnerable to attacks, so the player has to attack its exposed parts to inflict damage. It can roll up and slam to attack, or it can fire explosive rounds. Striking its weak spot with a strong attack will cause it to roll onto its back, leaving it vulnerable to further attacks for a few seconds.
