Havok is an Irish computer software company founded in 1998, based in Dublin. They also provide an engine of the same name. They have provided this engine for companies such as Electronic Arts (EA), Sony, Microsoft and Nintendo. They provided the engine for Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Super Smash Bros. 4.
The company has been a subsidiary of American computer company Intel Corporation since September 14, 2007.
