bËst is known about several things, one of them is being one of the few known Ice Climbers main in Europe. He has joined in smash community back in year 2006 when he entered into his first local tournament. He did very well from the beginning placing third in the tournament, that included almost all best players Finland had. After that bËst has continued doing well in tournaments making his way close to the top, but he has managed to get first only once.
Typical for bËst is also the variety in his character choices. Once he used 18 different characters in one tournament and it happened to be the only tournament he has won so far. Ice Climbers have always be bËst's thrustfull partners and definitely bËst's fearest characterpic. Nowdays he also uses Samus and sheik a lot as well.
One thing that is typical for bËst is his passion for Doubles gaming. He forms one of the best teams in Finland with his friend Über. Together they've achieved several tournament victories. Having passion in teams, has maybe caused that bËst have always had some problems with motivation in Singles-tournaments. He has sayd that:
"singles are not so important for me, I rather play Doubles. Those I enjoy a lot"
bËst is one of those players those don't see Brawl as a "good" game. He simply don't like the fact that it lack things those are important in Melee. But because he likes competing, bËst has attend in all tournaments Finland have had so far even thought he dont know the game well at all:
"Ice Climbers are pretty much similiar like they are in Melee. Thats enough for me"
One thing that is important to mention about bËst's gameplay in Melee is his unique style to use Ice Climers effectively. He loads lots of pressure on his skill to do well using only one Ice Climber. Instead of using chain combos and other team combos Ice Climbers have, he likes to use them as "well organized individuals" and that seperates bËst from many other Ice Climber players. bËst jokingly speaks that his true main is Popo itself.
