Team Battle

Team Battle is a mode that is in all of the games in the Smash Brothers Series.

Gameplay

When in Team Battle Mode, a player can team up with up to 2 more characters to battle an opposing team. There can be up to 3 teams, and up to 4 players can play. Considering the differing number between teams and players, there is a number of possible team match ups: 3 vs. 1, 2 vs. 2, and even 1 vs. 1 vs. 1. Battles play the same, with certain differences. Players can set it up so that they can attack their team mates, or to where their team mates can't be hurt. In Team Battle, members of a team must have the same color[1] (Luigi's color must be changed to whatever color Mario is to team up with his brother). There's three team colors, red, blue, and green.
