I will argue against the claim that it isn't notable, but I will support deletion on the grounds that it, in comparison to the other mods that we have listed on this site, does not need all the content that it is receiving. Project M had a whole discussion on whether or not to even cover content on it, and, quite frankly, I see no need to make that the case for other mods (especially ones that haven't had as big of an impact as PM).
