The Off-Season 2 (stylized as The 𐤈FF-SeA2ON) is an ongoing Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. tournament being held on September 23rd-24th, 2023 in Arlington, Texas. There are 8 players invited to the Melee singles final bracket, and 8 players will qualify to the final bracket through an open bracket. The 16 players will then play in a double-elimination bracket. The tournament has a $25,000 prize pool for Melee singles and a $5,000 prize pool for Smash 64 singles, which is the second largest prize pool for Smash 64 singles. Charity incentives include Brinstar counterpick enabled for Melee doubles, Saffron City and Hyrule Temple enabled for Smash 64 singles, Corneria and Mute City enabled for Melee singles, 5 stocks in Melee Grand Finals, and a caster swap between Melee and Black Ops II. The event is a retro-themed charity fundraiser event in support of Movember that also features a Call of Duty: Black Ops II invitational, a Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock singles open, showmatches, and speedruns.
