:They've got conflicting sources on the subject, as seen [http://www.arcade-museum.com/game_detail.php?game_id=9155 here]. I believe 1984 is the official release year, as far as I've seen; the one source they have claiming an '83 release in Japan seems like the exception. I stink at links.[edit]

So I redid the trophy section of this page but I just can't do links for the life of me. Can somebody help? LittleMacmain97, lord of the punch. (talk) 21:16, 6 June 2015 (EDT)

Links are done by placing 2 sets of square brackets around the item being linked to. Like this: [[Super Smash Bros.]] = Super Smash Bros.
If you want a link, but you want it to say something else, do [[Super Smash Bros.|SSB64]] = SSB64. (Note that in this example, it is useless to do this, as "SSB64" redirects to "Super Smash Bros." and [[SSB64]] would work just as well.) For more info, see Help:Editing. Thanks. I know a lot about Punch-out!!, so I decided to help out, but I'm still learning some things. LittleMacmain97, lord of the punch. (talk) 22:27, 6 June 2015 (EDT)
No problem. Serpent King (talk) 22:49, 6 June 2015 (EDT)

Punch-Out!!'s early release[edit]

According to Wikipedia, the original Punch-Out!! arcade game was released in late 1983, so what should I do? Juju1995 (talk) 00:18, 17 July 2016 (EDT)

They've got conflicting sources on the subject, as seen here. I believe 1984 is the official release year, as far as I've seen; the one source they have claiming an '83 release in Japan seems like the exception. Miles (talk) 00:36, 17 July 2016 (EDT)
