Megonta

You wouldn't think a wood louse would make a very scary enemy, but when it's as big as this... Eek. It attacks by curling into a ball and rolling across the stage. There's no point in hitting its shell—it's solid. Instead, knock it onto its back with a smash attack, and then pummel its stomach while it's trying to right itself.

Origin

Megontas are enemies affiliated with the Forces of Nature introduced in Kid Icarus: Uprising. Its spherical shell is invulnerable to attacks, so the player has to attack its exposed parts to inflict damage. It can roll up and slam to attack, or it can fire explosive rounds. Striking its weak spot with a strong attack will cause it to roll onto its back, leaving it vulnerable to further attacks for a few seconds.
