Robin (ルフレ, Reflet) has been confirmed to be a newcomer in Super Smash Bros. 4. As players could select a gender for the character in Fire Emblem: Awakening, both male and female variants of Robin appear in SSB4.
Known moveset
- His Special seems to revolve around Spell Tomes. They are powerful, but have limited uses, reflecting a trait that weapons possess in the Fire Emblem series where a weapon can be used a certain amount of times before breaking. It is unknown how he summons them. Tomes include:
- For some moves, Robin also uses a Levin Sword, a recurring weapon in the Fire Emblem series that can be used as both a physical and magical weapon.
- A chargeable downwards slash that hits in front of him, appearing to be a forward smash very similar in animation to that of Marth.
- An upwards slash in midair.
- Both of these moves appear to have electric properties.
- Robin is also shown using a green sword, resembling a Bronze Sword.
