Robin (ルフレ, Reflet) has been confirmed to be a newcomer in Super Smash Bros. 4. As players could select a gender for the character in Fire Emblem: Awakening, both male and female variants of Robin appear in SSB4.

Known Moveset

• Their Specials seem to revolve around Spell Tomes. They are powerful, but have limited uses, reflecting a trait that weapons possess in the Fire Emblem series where a weapon can be used a certain amount of times before breaking. It is unknown how they summon them. Tomes include:
  • Thunder
  • Arcthunder
  • Arcfire
  • Elthunder
  • Elwind
  • Thoron
  • Nosferatu
  • A currently unnamed tome, which involves Robin firing several close-ranged blasts of razor wind, appearing similar to the aforementioned Elwind.
• For some moves, Robin also uses a Levin Sword, a recurring weapon in the Fire Emblem series that can be used as both a physical and magical weapon. The sword appears in both its Awakening design and its design from older Fire Emblem games.
  • A chargeable downwards slash that hits in front of him/her, appearing to be a forward smash very similar in animation to that of Marth.
  • An upwards slash in midair.
  • Both of these moves appear to have electric properties.
• Chrom appears as part of their Final Smash, which appears to be a trapping slash move analogous to Great Aether.
