Starmie appears in ''Super Smash Bros.'' out of [[Poké Ball]]s. Its attack is similar to the attack of [[Staryu]] in SSBM. It will fly around the screen to find another character to shoot at. Once it stops moving and targets a character, Starmie will start to use Swift. Starmie will not move once it starts using Swift. Any character that makes contact with Swift will take damage. Any character can also take damage if they touch Starmie while it's using Swift attack. Starmie's attack does not harm the summoner.
