Event Match 14: Trophy Tussle 1 is an Event Match from the Event Mode of Super Smash Bros. Melee.
This is the first Trophy Tussle event available. The player is pitted against 3 other characters. The player can choose any character they want to play as. Every character has 2 lives, and the player has three minutes to beat them all on a stage that is a giant version of the Goomba trophy. Once of the enemies will camp on the left side of the stage, not attacking the player until he/she comes nearby, unless the other two opponents are defeated. Another will walk around the stage, attacking the player if they come close. If the remaining CPU is defeated, then this enemy will attack the player. The remaining CPU attacks normally.
Winning this event will reward the player with the Goomba trophy that this match takes place on.
