Most if not all pages already have '''Overview''' (contains basic and applicable information about the move), '''Customization''' (exclusive to S4 characters), '''Origin''' (self-explanatory), and '''Gallery'''. Many of the moves are already rather self-explanatory, hell there are even quotes from Manuals and Ultimate's move list stating just what it does. I don't think adding just one sentence to '''Overview''' is repetitive and doesn't really add anything to the article. Even though there are a few inconsistent ones, just reorganizing ones the way you do it that were fine in the first place makes it even more unorganized. What I mean by that, Thunder (Pokémon) did not have an Overview, and the info that was stated after "''is Pikachu and Pichu's down special move''" was perfect to be an Overview.
