I'd be a little more understanding of this addition if it was talking about something like, say, the jump animation specifically, but the wording implies just the general idea of Bomberman's ability to jump, which is honestly a huuuuuuuuge reach.

→Bomberman (1985): I put in "series debut" cuz the design technically originated in an NES port of Lode Runner, but since it's not actually a Bomberman game, I feel it wouldn't make much sense to include it here.

Some changes. The Bomberman in the 1983 version is really more of a prototype akin to the boxer in the arcade Punch-Out!! games (which Smash somehow believes is supposed to be Little Mac, but I personally don't buy it).
